Vice President of Database + Operations | Database Products + Solutions
Lea joined MeritDirect in 2003, tasked to establish a gold standard of customer service, data onboarding and operations at MeritDirect, and was named Vice President of Database and Operations in January 2011. Today, Lea manages the build and product suites associated with MeritDirect’s premier database: OmniChannelBASE. She is responsible for all database development, administration and operations, account transition projects, enhancement and append services, project management, and data quality and integrity. While overseeing the email deployment team at MeritDirect, Lea also monitors deliverability to maximize response rates. Using data driven analytics, Lea helps MeritDirect’s clients gain insight and actionable intelligence on their customer data.
Prior to joining MeritDirect, Lea had 6+ years of data and operations experience in her role as Manager of the Email department at INT Media Group. Her responsibilities included management of customer service staff, daily operations of a web based interface, establishing and managing partner relationships, as well as the coordination of in-house advertising.
In her non-database world, Lea lives in CT with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family cooking, playing sports or being at the beach. Lea is also actively involved in her children’s schools both volunteering and serving on the School Governance Council.
